5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers have the right to cancel the project request before actual execution begins.
  • The project is considered in progress once the invoice and well plate design are sent by the follow-up department.
  • Cancellations are allowed within two (2) days from the date of receiving the invoice and design.
  • If canceled within this period, a full refund will be issued within 30 business days.
  • After the mentioned period, refunds will not be possible as the execution process will have commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soqya is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or its services and content. 8. Website Usage Termination

12. Project Execution and Quality Assurance

  • A photographic report documenting all well construction stages will be provided upon project completion.
  • Soqya reserves the right to change the project location to a more needy area with prior notice to the client. This change may extend the execution period.
  • All Soqya projects include a 2 year warranty and free maintenance every 6 months.
  • Project execution takes between 40 to 60 days from payment confirmation.
  • The company retains the right to publish project photos and videos on social media while hiding the client’s name for privacy unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
